Welcome to eNotary Secure Sign LLC. By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Services
eNotary Secure Sign LLC provides professional notary services, including mobile notary services, Remote Online Notarization (RON), loan signing services, estate planning notarizations, and I-9 employment verification services.
Notary services are limited to performing authorized notarial acts and do not include legal advice, document preparation, or legal representation.
Appointment Requests
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by eNotary Secure Sign LLC.
Appointment details, fees, and service requirements will be confirmed prior to service.
Identification Requirements
All signers must present valid, government-issued photo identification as required by Florida law and applicable Remote Online Notarization regulations.
Failure to provide acceptable identification may result in cancellation of the appointment.
Fees
Fees vary based on the type of service requested, number of notarizations, travel distance, witness requirements, printing requirements, and appointment location.
All fees will be disclosed before services are performed.
Travel and Mobile Service Fees
Additional travel or convenience fees may apply for mobile notary appointments.
Travel fees are based on appointment location and will be communicated before the appointment is confirmed.
Witnesses
When witnesses are required, clients are responsible for providing witnesses unless witness coordination services are requested and available. Additional witness fees may apply.
Remote Online Notarization (RON)
Remote Online Notarization services are subject to Florida law and platform requirements. Not all documents or situations are eligible for online notarization.
Signers are responsible for ensuring they have the required technology and internet connection to complete the session.
Cancellation Policy
Clients are encouraged to provide reasonable notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Travel fees or administrative fees may apply if cancellation occurs after travel has begun or if a signer is unavailable at the scheduled appointment time.
No Legal Advice
eNotary Secure Sign LLC is not a law firm. Dawn Mohamed is not an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and may not provide legal advice or accept fees for legal advice.
Limitation of Liability
eNotary Secure Sign LLC shall not be responsible for delays, losses, or damages resulting from inaccurate information provided by clients, incomplete documents, technology failures outside our control, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Privacy
Information submitted through this website is used solely for scheduling, communication, and providing requested services. Personal information will not be sold or shared except as required by law or to provide requested services.
